The most common reason for hating Mondays is when we have to do something that we genuinely don’t enjoy doing.

With all my optimism I still used to struggle a lot waking up for school or work with a positive attitude whenever Mondays came until I found something to look forward to.

To truly enjoy Mondays you will have to work on 2 things – mindset and your morning routine. This is how.

How to start your Monday with a positive mindset?

Every Monday, the same as any other day is like a fresh start to open doors for new possibilities that you can create for yourself and the life you desire.

If you hate your job and you can't leave it at this period of your life,

try to focus on the positives that can come within.

Do you get a chance to meet your colleagues that you vibe with? Do you get the chance to learn something new or you can get a delicious coffee at the launch break? Try to seek more good than bad, and you will see the positive changes it will bring.

Or even better,

use your free time to build something you would actually enjoy doing and look forward to.

Even if you have to start over a job you hate, or study topics you don't like, it is in your power to make the best out of it so that you can live your best life.

It is not a secret, that if you love what you do and if you have something positive to look forward to, Mondays have a completely different meaning.

How to create your perfect morning routine?

1. Plan your outfits, turn on important reminders, and pack everything you need the day before. As a result, you will have more free time on Monday morning, and you will be able to start your week in a more chill and positive way.

2. Start your Monday morning with a task that you enjoy doing. Even if you don't have enough time to finish it, it will be worth it, because it is going to improve your day and boost your mood for the rest of the day.

3. Get clear on your goals for the day. As your mind is in a more positive state, it is easier to become more aware of your time and energy towards certain tasks you must accomplish.

4. Give yourself a pep-talk. Remind yourself how powerful and capable you are of achieving your desires, and living your best life.

Here is a little sneak peek of what I am planning to do on my Monday morning to start my day on a positive note.

I will continue to read the book that I got a few days ago. It is called ''The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom'' by Don Miguel Ruiz. I have been planning to order it for some time now, surprisingly I got the version that is translated into my native language.

This book is a masterpiece. If you are looking to find inner freedom from self-limiting beliefs and get encouraged to find your voice - this is it.

I hope this post was helpful and that you got encouraged to look forward to starting your week positive. Have an amazing upcoming week!
