How To Change Your Life in 7 Days.

You probably think it's crazy to believe you can change your life in 7 days. But, believe me, it is possible if you know the right thing you must work on.


Spending too much time on social media can lead you to believe that in order to change your life you must focus on either appearance-based changes or something materialistic. But these are all short-time changes and won't truly improve your life in the long term.

Let me show you the steps you must take in order to truly change your life in the long term.


7 Days to change your life

This challenge is useful for anyone who feels like their life is out of control, has no direction, and doesn't know where to start to get it all together. After completing these 7-Day tasks, you will create a strong base that will guide you towards improving your life and mindset.


Day 1 - Current life vs Dream life


Write down a detailed description of your current life, habits, situation, and mental state. Be honest with yourself and write it down exactly how you currently feel about your life.


Now, on the right page - write down a detailed description of the life you dream of. Habits, personality traits, and materialistic things you want to have. Don't limit your imagination, and don't let your mind doubt it. Write as if all your dreams and goals are accomplished.


As a result, now, you should have a clearer picture of what you want to change and accomplish in your life.

Day 2 - Inner work exercise


It's time to discover what holds you back from having the life you want

What is negatively affecting your mental state right now? What limiting beliefs do you currently have? You must dig deep into your inner world and find it out.


Other useful questions for the inner work:

  • How do I feel about having the life of my dreams, and why?

  • Do I have negative experiences that are still affecting me to this day?

  • Why do I want to change my life, is it because of me or someone else?

  • What is affecting my mental state the most right now?

  • Why do I fail to go after my dream life, what is always getting in the way?


This is the most challenging part when it comes to changing your life, self-development, and self-love. As it takes a big strength to look into yourself and the things you have avoided. But, you are more powerful than you think - it's time to see it and embrace it.










Day 3 - Create a vision board + meditation exercise


Create a vision board of the things you wrote down on the Day 1 ''Dream life'' page. Remember, be as specific as possible - the more specific the photo of your desire is the better. After you have created it - try meditation for 5 minutes.


In this meditation, I want you to visualize everything you put on the vision board as your current reality. Be grateful and positive, hold this energy for 5 minutes when visualizing.


I recommend you to start with small attainable goals first if you have struggled with goal-setting in the past.

Day 4 - How can you align with your dream life


Whatever your goal is, it's time to create a plan to align with them, both energetically and physically.

Create your idealistic yet attainable morning routine based on your current life circumstances. Implement a positive activity that can help you solve what is holding you back.


If your mental state isn't allowing you to believe in yourself - take it slow, prioritize activities that make you feel good - plan and schedule them. Or practice positive self-talk every morning for 5 minutes.

Create a simple action plan based on what genuinely feels right for you without making you feel overwhelmed and stressed.

Day 5 - It's time to declutter


Get rid of things that no longer serve you based on the life you want to live and the goals you want to achieve. Declutter your closet, desk, and the things that surround you - not only it'll make you feel better when everything is in the right place, but it will also free up space for new things.


If you find it hard to decide what to get rid of - ask yourself this question ''Do the version I aspire to become needs this thing? Or will I need this in the life I dream of living?'' Answering these questions will help you make you decisions based on your goals.




Day 6 - Start your day positively

The way you start your day can affect how the day will be so start it positively. There are many great ways how to do it, expressing gratitude by naming/writing down 3 things you are grateful for or practicing positive self-talk with affirmations.

Day 7 - Create a summary of this challenge


Write down your thoughts, experience, and things that made you feel better, and create a simple plan for you to follow from today.


Now you might think - ''but I will still have so much work to do in order to change my life...was this article a clickbait?'' It definitely wasn't, to change your life you must take action which is what most people are afraid to do. This article's goal is to make you take the necessary action to change your life.


And, yes, there is a lot of work to do, but after completing these 7 days you are going to be 7 steps closer to starting working for the life of your dreams.
