Halloween-themed journaling

Start your Halloween day by self-care journaling but with a spark – write Halloween-themed stuff. For example, journal about your favorite Halloween memories or maybe about five things you are grateful for this Halloween. Importantly, make this process remarkable for yourself - do it with all your heart and keep in mind that this is for you! :)

Make 3 new Halloween-themed recipes

Take over your cooking by making three new recipes. Use a pumpkin as the main ingredient – it's essential in Halloween and Fall in general.
For example, cook a three-course meal for dinner to treat yourself and others and feel proud that you tried something new.
Go for an Autumn walk

You still can take a stroll in the nearest park or your neighborhood even if it's a holiday. See how others have decorated their homes or, if you go in the late evening, maybe you will start to see some children dress Halloween-themed, and it will bring back those fun days from your childhood.
Prepare treats for children

Remember when you went on Trick or Treat and you felt happy when somebody gave you treats? Then, as an adult, you could please other children with homemade or purchased sweets. You will become cheerful from their smiling faces, and you will feel good doing something nice for someone else.
Bring hygge lifestyle with Halloween together

Decorate your home outside and inside with Halloween decorations – fake spiders, cobwebs, small pumpkins, leaves in Fall colors, etc.
Find your pajamas and socks, which are with spiders, pumpkins, ghosts, or if you don't have them, it's the best time to add up to your Halloween-themed clothes collection.
Change your basic, usual plates and cups with Halloween-themed ones. Maybe you have your favorite mug from which you can drink your hot chocolate or pumpkin spice latte this evening.
Watch spooky or based on Halloween movie by yourself or be joined with friends and family members.
Everything of these things will make you feel comfy, warm, happy, and have Halloween spirit in yourself for sure.
