Quiz: What Type of Morning Routine Fits You Best and How to Improve It?

This test is not 100% accurate, so don't take it too seriously. It is just for fun but will help you move towards improving your morning routine, regardless of your results. :)

QUIZ RESULTS:

THE PANIC & RUN MORNING ROUTINE

This type of morning routine is typical for most people. Most likely, you spend your mornings in a rush, quickly getting dressed, grabbing something edible from the kitchen, and running fast to go where you need to be. You feel unmotivated, rushed, stressed, but often – always late.

How to improve it? Create a short to-do list or prepare your outfit the day before. This way, you will be able to start the day more calmly, without getting stressed about what to wear or what you need to do before you go to your job/school or any other place you need to be.

We recommend You incorporate some steps from the “personal development” type of morning.

💡Right after you wake up and shut the alarm, do not take your phone right away, but prepare to get out of bed – take a deep breath, listen to this calming silence you can experience only in the mornings, and so on. That will help you to save some time to make your mornings more convenient.

THE “PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT” MORNING ROUTINE

You are most likely an early bird! Either you naturally wake up earlier than you need to, or you have created a morning routine that helps you start the day on a productive note. More about this morning routine you can find in the book ''The miracle morning'' Hal Elrod.

How to make your routine more efficient? Even though this is the most productive type of morning routine - there is one thing you might forget while being productive and getting stuff done. Self-care! Your wellbeing is as important as finishing the to-do list, so please don't forget to schedule time in the morning for yourself to relax and improve your mental health.

THE “GOALS-ORIENTED” MORNING ROUTINE

This morning routine is based on marking one or multiple goals that can help you achieve that day's tasks or a specific goal you have set for yourself.

For example, you need to make a presentation in 3 days. So, the first morning you find necessary information, the second morning – start making the presentation, and the third – do some final touches.

How to make it more efficient?

Remember that taking a rest is productive.
