List of Unusual Self-Care Activities You Can Do at Home

At the weekends, especially in the autumn, when it's raining and windy, the best is to stay at home and do some activities for yourself. So, on that note, I represent you a list of self-care activities you can try at home, but, to make it more interesting, they are unusual ones! :)

  1. DIY pedicure/manicure

  2. Lounge room dancing

  3. Cuddling animals

  4. Tending to plants

  5. Doing puzzles

  6. Take a course or webinar

  7. Listen to bird songs

  8. Get crafty with DIY body care products

  9. Spend some time daydreaming

  10. Cosplaying

  11. Paint furniture (chair, table..)

  12. Call up an old friend

  13. Have a picnic in your living room

  14. Give yourself a self-breast exam

  15. Spend twenty minutes unfollowing accounts on social media that make you feel less-than

  16. Lie down on the floor of your room for a few minutes
