At the weekends, especially in the autumn, when it's raining and windy, the best is to stay at home and do some activities for yourself. So, on that note, I represent you a list of self-care activities you can try at home, but, to make it more interesting, they are unusual ones! :)

Spend some time daydreaming

Paint furniture (chair, table..)
Call up an old friend
Have a picnic in your living room
Give yourself a self-breast exam
Spend twenty minutes unfollowing accounts on social media that make you feel less-than
Lie down on the floor of your room for a few minutes
