you can't really love another until you love yourself.

Take a photo
Take photos of something that makes you feel good about yourself and your body. For example, you look at yourself in the mirror, and you love how you look in your dress. It makes you smile. You are feeling a little spark of confidence. TAKE A PHOTO!
Other examples: You are making your favorite food and serve it beautifully on a plate – TAKE A PHOTO; Did you saw a beautiful sunset, and it made you feel calm and happy? – TAKE A PHOTO.
Express yourself
If you have always had a sweet spot for creative activities - this tip is for you. Express your emotions, feelings, and ideas in your self-love journal. When you do what you love, whatever creative endeavor that is, you increase happiness hormones in your body. That is the feeling of self-love.
Example. Each month create a creative collage of your art, photos from great memories, and your favorite fashion style in your journal. Most importantly - have fun!
Make a monthly calendar
A monthly calendar will be handy for each day of a specific month. In each day you can write, for example, what activity you will do (taking yourself on a date, pampering yourself, go shopping, etc.) or a quote that inspires, and motivates you more to love yourself.

Every smartphone has a voice recorder. Use it every day, just for 5-10 minutes to purely talk about how you feel at that moment, what made you smile that day, or at that exact moment.

Create an Instagram account
Use Instagram as your self-love diary. Create an Instagram profile, posting photos, quotes, and learned lessons you've experienced on your self-love journey. So you can share with others and inspire them to start their own. Not only this will inspire you to keep going on days when you don't feel like it, but it will inspire others as well.
